Send Your Drawing for Manufacturing Review

Attach your 2D drawing or 3D model together with material, target quantity, tolerance requirements and surface-finish notes. FREEFLY CNC will review the geometry and determine the appropriate machining and production route before quoting.

What We Review Before Quoting

A useful quotation starts with the manufacturing route, not only the unit price. We review the part, production requirements and inspection needs before confirming the quote.

Drawing & CAD Data

2D drawings, 3D models, thread callouts, critical dimensions and surface-finish requirements.

Manufacturing Route

Swiss turning, CNC turning, secondary machining and other required operations are selected according to part geometry.

Production Requirements

Prototype needs, target quantity, repeat-production expectations and batch consistency requirements are reviewed together.

Inspection Requirements

CTQs, datums, tolerances, thread requirements, cosmetic surfaces and required inspection documentation are identified before production.

Common Questions Before Sending a Project

Send a 2D drawing and, when available, a 3D model together with material grade, target quantity, tolerance requirements, finish notes and any mating feature information.
Yes. Prototype needs, target quantity and repeat-production expectations can be reviewed together so the manufacturing route is planned with the next step in mind.
Include material, quantity, finish, critical tolerances, threaded features, mating parts, cosmetic surfaces and any inspection or packaging requirements that affect the project.
Mark CTQs, datums, threaded features, controlled fits, cosmetic surfaces and inspection points clearly on the drawing or in the project notes.
Yes. Secondary machining, deburring, polishing, plating, oxidation, coating, heat treatment and other finishing requirements can be reviewed as part of the production route.
For general questions, current projects, factory information or manufacturing discussions without a completed drawing package, contact our team directly. For pricing and manufacturability review, use the RFQ form and attach the available drawing or model.
